cures, vaccines, treatments and screening tests for more
than 30 life threatening diseases including many forms
of cancer. QIMR is a world leader in cancer research with
its new and unique Cancer Research Centre from which world-first
immunotherapy cancer vaccine trials are being conducted.
QIMR scientists have established an inverse association
between a low-fat high-fibre diet which includes green
and yellow fruits and vegetables and the risk of bowel
and other cancers - including Ovarian cancer.
